I'm going away with my family over easter so i have roughly 4-5 months to lose about 30 pounds, is this a realistic target or should i expect to lose less than that? Im still going to carry on with it after my holiday though :D.

Also, ive started to cut out all junk food from my diet by snacking on fruit throughout the day and having diet soda instead of full fat, i rarely eat chocolate and sweets anyway so not eating them is not really a problem because i don't feel the need for them.

I know that dieting alone wont get me a bikini body so what exercises should i do to tone up and lose weight, i have access to a exercise bike and dumbbells so anything that i could do with those or at home would be really useful, but im open to any suggestions :)

You're already on the road to success by cutting out high fat and high sugar foods... Now all you need to do is swim, swim, swim :) Swimming works pretty much every muscle group so its a wicked form of exercise. Use the exercise bike and dumbbells too..but not too much, you dont want to become like some muscular madonna haha! Good luck :)
