| Definitely don't use black - it would be too harsh on you and it would wash out your skin tone. I'd advise staying away from brown as well since its people with darker complexions and hair colours that can pull off the dark shades. Since you have blue eyes, you could use a pale blue shimmery eye liner. I have one and it looks great but I have black hair and eyes and I can't pull it off. If you don't want to use blue though, you can also use a neutral grey or slate and it'll achieve the same effect that black would without being as severe. |
